Did somebody say: “Hamburgers”??

Hamburgers are definitely among my top fave foods in the whole world.  I mean, you can’t really ever beat a good hamburger can you??

Let me share my absolutely simple, easy, go-to burger patty recipe:

Ingredients for the patties:

500g Premium Minced Beef

1 Egg

3/4 Cup of Bread Crumbs

2 Tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce (try spelling that without spellcheck!)

2 Cloves Garlic, crushed

1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

Salt & Pepper

Method:

Throw these ingredients into a bowl, work through with your hands – get in there

Shape into balls, press down and place on grill

Grill for 5 minutes each side

Toppings:

Healthy:  Salad on top can be more than tomatoes and lettuce, it can be beetroot, avocado, cucumber, gherkins/pickles, sprouts, grilled capsicum, eggplant etc.

Pick your cheese:  Cheddar, gouda, swiss, brie, camembert, blue vein

Extra’s:  Bacon, eggs, onion rings, pineapple rings

Sauce:  Tomato, mayo, periperi, satay, plum, GUACAMOLE (yum!)
