It was a bit of an afterthought to take photos of today’s lunch, as I eat this sort of thing quite a bit! I’m doing a low-carb, high protein, low-fat diet at the moment, so this is a good example of what you end up eating.
- 200g Prawns/Shrimp
- 1 Garlic Clove, crushed
- 1/2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- Salad Leaves (I also had some bean sprouts)
- Roasted Red Peppers – Diced
- 1/4 Red Onion – Diced
- Jalapeño Peppers
- Red Chilli Paste
- Dressing of your choice – I used Aoli
In a very hot pan or a grill, fry the Prawns in Garlic & Soy Sauce until cooked (took only a few minutes for me)
In the meantime, contruct your salad with the rest of your ingredients! Finish with chilli paste & dressing of choice. As you can see, I like chilli…a lot…
