What Advice would you give your Younger Self?

I threw a question out on Facebook last week and the comments were amazing!

What advice would you give your younger self?

This is one of those things I think about a lot.

Chances are you’ve had experiences in the last 5, 10 or 20 years that you wish you had a little more foresight with.  Good, bad, difficult, exhilarating or even mundane.  You may wish you could tell yourself to take more risks, take less risks, be courageous, be careful, love yourself more, exercise frequently, read more books – or even more specific things, like don’t get pregnant at 16 (in the case of one of my Facebook followers!) etc.

So now I want you to think about this:

What advice do you think your future self would give to you?

I realise that may seem like a crazy question as you don’t own a crystal ball or time machine, but think about it for a sec.

As an example, I think Rosie at 40 will thank Rosie at 30 for living a healthy lifestyle.  I hope 40 year old Rosie self will thank 30 year Rosie for starting my magazine & creating as much stuff as possible while remembering that family takes priority.   (You parents also get stopped by old ladies who tell you to treasure your kids, right?)
