The weekend is looming & brunching is afoot – what’s a girl to do?
I generally reach for bagels.
A couple of weekends ago I had my sister over – I figured the best thing to do would be to toast some bagels and put out a whole load of toppings.
My fave toppings include:
– Cream Cheese
– CapersFinely chopped Spring Onions (or “Shallots” for my overseas friends)
Baguette’s also work well – you can cut them up & pop them on your sandwich press to lightly toast.
