Healthy Bean Salad

Check out the nutritional info on your can of Cannelloni beans – you will be surprised how low-calorie they actually are, yet they’ll fill you right up xxx


1 Can Cannelloni Beans
1 Red Onion
2 Tomatoes
1/2 Cucumber
Fresh Herbs: Basil and Mint
Optional: Jalapeno Peppers

Balsamic Vinegrette:
1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 Clove of Garlic, Crushed
2 tsp brown sugar
Salt & Pepper


Drain and Rinse beans .

Dice your onion finely.

Cut your tomato and cucumber into cubes.

Combine Balsamic Vinaigrette in jar, shake.

Pop everything into a bowl and mix it all together.
