White Chocolate Brownies! Nice & Simple

When it’s rainy and cold outside, it’s actually quite nice to be inside baking – and eating!  White Chocolate Brownies are a fave of ours.

Ingredients:

200g butter, softened
1 1/2 C Sugar
1 C Cocoa
3 Eggs
1/2 C Standard Flour
150g white chocolate, chopped roughly

Method

Place butter, sugar & cocoa into your electric mixer and beat for about 4-5 minutes, untill creamy.

Into the mix, add eggs one at a time. Beat well with each egg.

Stir in flour and chocolate.

Pour into a shallow baking tin. Bake at 150°C (300°F) for 1 hour or until the surface of the brownie looks cracked. The centre should seem a little bit uncooked.

Cool in tin, then cut into squares.

Dust with icing sugar – it covers up the mistakes 😉
